Goals are an important driver of motivation & movement to make things happen in your life. They take you places & keep you on track. And don’t get me wrong, it is important to find happiness in people and things; however it should not be factors which run your life. In fitness, you should always have a mission in mind; if it be to lose a little weight, gain more muscle or just make more time for exercise.
